CONTRACT

The finding and placing of contractors is, to many agencies, their sole function in the recruitment process. At Compucare, this is just the starting point. We take pride in the relationship between consultant and contractor which is underpinned by regular contact and appraisal.

To ensure that a value added service is provided to our IT contractors there is assistance with limited company information, financial advice and discounts for training. With payments made weekly via BACS, contractors are assured of a level of service comparable to that of our clients and by doing so, all parties in the process are satisfied.

Our approach to quality standards of practice can be seen in our ISO 9002 accreditation and membership of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) coupled with associate membership of the Professional Contractors Group (PCG).

PREFERRED SUPPLIER AGREEMENTS

With the market emphasis very much on preferred supplier relationships, Compucare's flexible approach to service means tailored agreements to satisfy customers' needs – dedicated Account teams, discounted rates and pre-agreed service levels.

Where necessary, consultancy on establishing effective preferred supplier lists and resource management functions can be provided.  Regular review meetings, with the provision of statistics regarding response ratios ensure that service levels are maintained during the entire contract period. This feedback allows clients to continually monitor performance. Anybody can say how good they are - we would rather prove it.


THIRD PARTY RESOURCING

Our commitment to working with managed service providers is now an established methodology within our organisation. Given the nature of this service, we made a business decision to work with and not in competition to recruitment outsource specialists; becoming resource partners. We understand the importance of supporting the supplier to ensure they can deliver their required SLA commitments and we have proved this on the accounts with whom we have supplied.
